Iskar Reservoir is a destination for relaxation and chilling out away from the stressful days here in the city. Also one of the best destinations close to Sofia for surfing, motor boats, water scooters and of course sunbathing.

The Reservoir is really huge and actually the biggest reservoir in Bulgaria. The sides of the lake itself is good for having a picnic, tenting and camping. If you are into water sports you can just go for boating, canoe and kayaking and even windsurfing.

Summer Events to Visit in Bulgaria This June

June is already here and this is a fact. Apart from the sunny days what we were really waiting for daydreaming is on the schedule and at the same time plans how to spend summer time in the best possible charming and delightful ways. 

Here are our suggestions for events that take place this June in Bulgaria. Do not miss them out it is worthy or at least this is what our experiences shows. 

Kapana Fest in Plovdiv from 1st till 5th June

This festival takes place for the third year in Kapana at the very heart of Plovdiv. The program of the festival contains various events, kid's workshops and different bazaars.

Rose Festival in Kazanlak from 3rd till 5th June 

Rose festivals in Bulgaria definitely have traditions especially this one in the town of Kazanlak.

Fashion Weekend

Happy Friday, guys!

Craftwomen will spend a whole weekend /13.09 - 14.09/ in one of our favourite city - Plovdiv. We will participate in an interesting event called Fashion Day, oraganized by Incubator and Mgb Fashion Studio. The moto of the event is The Devil Is My Fashion Idol.

You will be able to see and buy jewelry designs from our last collection Shapes and Colors and of course the hand-painted bags will be there as well.

It seems that it's going to be a very interesting weekend starting today with the Nights of the Museums and Gallaries Plovdiv - an event truely worth attending.

Hello August!

Hello guys!

July was full of funny events, hot summer parties and many sales. With August on the way we wish we would have an even more successful month and grasp the chance to enjoy the abondoned beaches nestled in the cool forest hands, while at the same time continue working on new design ideas.

Mood has been all nature-oriented of late. We found this adorable Board in Pinterest by Kethura Young that impressed us and easily took us off in a Dreamland. Worth checking!

That explained, we are ready to share with you 2 of our July treasury lists dedicated to the pure vibes of nature and the desire to travel.

Memories

Was quite a bit of a surprise when we saw our last photos taken over the last months of past year and the first half of 2013 with our Ricoh KR - 10x camera. Faded memories of places visited and things said and done instantly became and full of life and meaning. These were taken in Novi Sad, Budapest during our New Year’s festivities when we conquered foreign lands and kingdoms and fought dragons and even a Serbian Batman, and back in early-spring Sofia with some vivid sun, melting ice cream, sweaty beers, green-field football skills show-off and mojo rising. Enjoy and feel free to get some proper food for your imagination and boost your pre-weekend.

Sofia Design Week 2012 >> Design Bazaar

Sofia Design Week 2012 just closed 2 days ago with a massive party at the new venue Fabrika 126 and the day after with a design bazaar that took place at Culture Beat club.
We were happy to be part of Design Bazaar along with more than 20 Bulgarian  artists and what is more to present our brand new design line.
